Employee of the Year 2018

Last week we had our Christmas party and to celebrate another successful year we announced our Employee of the Year. The whole team voted for the person they believed had gone above and beyond throughout the year and who exemplified what we are working to achieve here at Nourish.

The votes were in and the winner was UNANIMOUS:

*Sylwester Karwacki*

If you’re already working with us you’ll have no doubt come across Sylvester before and will understand exactly why he deserves this so much. For those that don’t know, Sylwester works in our support team. That means when anyone has a question about the Nourish system, he’s on the frontline to give them all of the answers they need. The customer feedback for Sylwester has just been incredible:

  • Very quick response very helpful to have pictures to follow with descriptions
  • Always amazing staff that help very very well
  • You are my favourite person of the day
  • Sylwester is so helpful; nothing is ever too much bother and he answers every query very quickly and thoroughly – he is a huge asset to Nourish 
  • Sylvester always explains in a language I can understand
  • Sylwester has been so helpful to me this year as I find my way around Nourish. I very much appreciate his assistance and knowledge
  • Helpful, timely, responsive and solved my issue – bit of an all-round hero! 
  • Sylwester is always very helpful especially for me who is not that techy – he is always very patient and ensures I understand how to do things. Can’t thank him enough, to be honest 
  • Syl is amazingggg

Sylwester consistently works to an exceptional level, both in his support of our customers and within our Nourish Team. Nothing is ever too much hard work, he’s always incredibly polite and brings only positive vibes into the office. Sylwester embraces our approach to support: “We want to give our clients a consistently premium experience. We want our clients to enjoy talking with us and to feel that their issue has been respected, acknowledged and dealt with promptly. We have to be patient, understanding and explain in as much detail as is needed.”

Jon, our Head of Support, had this to say: “Slywester is passionate about the Nourish System and the Support we give to our clients, always has a smile and a cheery helpful response to clients, trainers and staff – keep up the exceptional work!”
