Nourish Care are proud to partner with The Outstanding Society

By Beth Hale

At Nourish Care, our goal is to empower care providers throughout their own digital journey, making the process as simple as possible with a platform that’s easy to use, so that they can spend less time on admin, and more time doing what they do best – caring. Person-centred care and continuous care quality improvement are at the heart of what we do at Nourish, which is why we are so proud to be sponsoring The Outstanding Society, who are also dedicated to supporting care providers in being the best they can be.

The Outstanding Society was formed in 2014 by a group of providers who had achieved ‘Outstanding’ CQC ratings for their care services and who knew it would be helpful to share their expertise with other providers and support the driving up of quality care in England. In 2021 it formed a Community Interest Company and opened its doors to all providers with Outstanding rated services to become ‘Contributors’ by sharing and celebrating what they do.

They continuously share and celebrate best practice and hold monthly events with keynote speakers across social care. Partnering with Skills for Care, Care England and the Care Workers Charity to support care providers to enhance their care provision to help in gaining an ‘Outstanding’ rating. Their aim is to share innovation and best practice across the social care sector.

Digital care management has played a huge role in the delivery of outstanding care, and we believe that technology can really enhance the way care is provided. Nourish drives outstanding care through powerful tools such as personalised timelines, custom interactions and data and analytics tools, which allow you to tailor support to people’s individual needs. From spotting trends in those you support, to creating greater transparency across the entire circle of care and improving continuity of care and compliance, working digitally has the ability to enhance your current care practices and make the work you do even more valuable than it currently is.

Our founder, Nuno Almeida said, “At Nourish our goal is to empower care teams to deliver the best care possible and we are proud to be partnering with The Outstanding Society to bring more care providers together to continuously improve their care practices”.

Zoe Fry, Director of the Outstanding Society said, “We are delighted that Nourish are sponsors for our Society. The OS is a Community Interest Company with the main aim to share best practice, celebrate what providers do and help others to improve. Our sponsors allow us to provide this invaluable free service to all providers irrelevant of their rating. We are delighted that several of our ‘contributors’ who have an Outstanding Rating use Nourish and would highly recommend the Care Planning platform.

It is imperative to the Outstanding Society that our sponsors are driven by improving standards and involve users in reviewing their products and listen to feedback to continuously improve across Social Care. Nourish excel in doing this through their innovation, creativity and drive to improve”.

Many care providers say digital care management is to thank for their achievement of an Outstanding CQC rating, and we truly believe that digital is now vital to enhancing the way we care in the 21st Century. Nourish was one of the first recognised as an NHSX accredited supplier for the Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) DPS at launch. We are also proud to partner with and be the first accredited by the PRSB as a Quality Partner, working to promote best practice standards for care.

We believe the goals and values of The Outstanding Society greatly align with our vision and we look forward to collaborating to bring care providers together to deliver more outstanding care than ever before.
