Associate Trainer – Freelance (National Travel Required – North East, London & South West)

Nourish Care Systems focuses on user experience to provide an easy to use, accessible solution for the recording, reporting and co-ordinating of care through Electronic Care Planning. By recording care as they go, carers are able to focus a lot more on the person they are working with. Recording notes alongside care also promotes greater clarity, adds useful context and ensures all information is recorded as soon as possible – not forgotten over the course of the day.

PLEASE NOTE – THIS ROLE IS A SELF EMPLOYED ROLE AND WILL DELIVER AGAINST AN AGREED DAY RATE + EXPENSES PACKAGE

Main Duties

  • To host effective, engaging and valuable Training Sessions for our clients – be the Best In Class and be a face of the Nourish Brand.
  • Completing Virtual Training Sessions to our clients, using varied Learning Principles to achieve the best transfer of knowledge possible.
  • Responsible for adherence to the organisations Information Security, Information Governance and Information Management policies, procedures and standards. This is inclusive of GDPR compliance.
  • To keep required records on each individual training session to provide feedback data, including via a CRM and training feedback mechanisms.
  • Build effective working relationships with both internally within the organisation and external with our care providers.
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of regulatory standards and best practice requirements.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Experience working in the the health and social care sector preferential. Understanding of the industry is absolutely essential.
  • Experience of delivering systems training interventions to groups both in classroom sessions and workshop style training.
  • Experience of hosting Virtual Training interventions via an online hosted platform.

Product Release/Comms Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Release/Comms Manager to join our team in delivering an ambitious roadmap that will realise the next generation of integrated digital health and social care services.

Reporting to the CPO and working hand-in-glove with our technology and business teams you will be responsible for the successful release and communication of new products, services and features to the fast-growing community of Nourish users.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with engineering and product teams to own and maintain release plan
  • Communication of release plan to internal teams and Nourish user community
  • Co-ordinate business teams (support, training, account management and finance) to ensure alignment and readiness for new releases
  • Own the release log and work with marketing to co-ordinate the communication of new releases to Nourish user community
  • Work with product managers and marketing to produce and publish quality product marketing content and assets
  • Measure and report on the success of new releases
  • Manage community feedback on new releases.

Working in a small but ambitious team you are also likely to influence the release workflow and mid- term roadmap as well as input to new feature ideas.

About you

  • You will have impeccable organisation skills and revel in attention to detail
  • You will be a strong communicator and facilitator, driven by making things happen through collaboration as much as getting tasks done on your own,.
  • You will probably come from a product marketing, account management, product management or project management background
  • You will have proven experience of working in modern digital product teams and agile development environments
  • Experience of health and social care sector a bonus, but not required. A passion for the potential of digital to transform the lives of those in care a must.

The high level of collaboration needed across the business require you to spend a high proportion of time at our Bournemouth Head Office as well as remote working.

Senior UX Designer

Are you looking for a role where you can really make a difference?

We are looking for a Senior UX Professional to join our team on fixed term contract to support some of our key new product initiatives. We need someone that can deliver a product experience that not only looks and works great today (we have a class leading reputation for customer experience to uphold!), but also keep an eye on longer term product vision and business goals.

Reporting to the CPO and working as part of a multi-discipline product team you will help understand and translate business and customer requirements into relevant and meaningful experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will be working across some of our key new product initiatives as well as supporting continuous feature enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User research and analysis
  • Working with Product Managers to define outcomes and user stories
  • Map and document key user journeys
  • Creation of pro-types
  • Concept and user testing
  • Working with Product Owner to document engineering specification
  • Own the design system alongside UI Designer
  • Help manage and streamline design workflow

About you:

  • You will have comprehensive experience of designing web and mobile applications
  • You will be comfortable working within a modern outcome driven product team and agile development environment
  • You will be a proven practitioner, not only at delivering quality output, but with the confidence, drive and collaboration skills to bring it to life
  • Fluent in UX tools eg (Sketch/Figma, Invision, Zeppelin, JIRA)
  • Passion for delivering exceptional experiences that deliver customer value and meet business goals
  • Experience of health and social care sector a bonus, but not required. A passion for the potential of digital to transform the lives of those in care a must.

Based at our Bournemouth HQ you will likely blend some office attendance with high level of remote working.

Our Development Team

We deliver incrementally in sprints within an Agile environment. Every team member is involved – or runs – our sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospective ceremonies.

We all have the responsibility of looking after the AWS Infrastructure, or overseeing the infrastructure management dependent on your experience level.

We deal with challenges related to scalability (the system serves thousands of requests per minute), management of cache across a variety of end points and we work with third-party integrations.
