Product Release/Comms Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Release/Comms Manager to join our team in delivering an ambitious roadmap that will realise the next generation of integrated digital health and social care services.

Reporting to the CPO and working hand-in-glove with our technology and business teams you will be responsible for the successful release and communication of new products, services and features to the fast-growing community of Nourish users.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with engineering and product teams to own and maintain release plan
  • Communication of release plan to internal teams and Nourish user community
  • Co-ordinate business teams (support, training, account management and finance) to ensure alignment and readiness for new releases
  • Own the release log and work with marketing to co-ordinate the communication of new releases to Nourish user community
  • Work with product managers and marketing to produce and publish quality product marketing content and assets
  • Measure and report on the success of new releases
  • Manage community feedback on new releases.

Working in a small but ambitious team you are also likely to influence the release workflow and mid- term roadmap as well as input to new feature ideas.

About you

  • You will have impeccable organisation skills and revel in attention to detail
  • You will be a strong communicator and facilitator, driven by making things happen through collaboration as much as getting tasks done on your own,.
  • You will probably come from a product marketing, account management, product management or project management background
  • You will have proven experience of working in modern digital product teams and agile development environments
  • Experience of health and social care sector a bonus, but not required. A passion for the potential of digital to transform the lives of those in care a must.

The high level of collaboration needed across the business require you to spend a high proportion of time at our Bournemouth Head Office as well as remote working.

Senior UX Designer

Are you looking for a role where you can really make a difference?

We are looking for a Senior UX Professional to join our team on fixed term contract to support some of our key new product initiatives. We need someone that can deliver a product experience that not only looks and works great today (we have a class leading reputation for customer experience to uphold!), but also keep an eye on longer term product vision and business goals.

Reporting to the CPO and working as part of a multi-discipline product team you will help understand and translate business and customer requirements into relevant and meaningful experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will be working across some of our key new product initiatives as well as supporting continuous feature enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User research and analysis
  • Working with Product Managers to define outcomes and user stories
  • Map and document key user journeys
  • Creation of pro-types
  • Concept and user testing
  • Working with Product Owner to document engineering specification
  • Own the design system alongside UI Designer
  • Help manage and streamline design workflow

About you:

  • You will have comprehensive experience of designing web and mobile applications
  • You will be comfortable working within a modern outcome driven product team and agile development environment
  • You will be a proven practitioner, not only at delivering quality output, but with the confidence, drive and collaboration skills to bring it to life
  • Fluent in UX tools eg (Sketch/Figma, Invision, Zeppelin, JIRA)

What we’re looking for 

As a fast-growing company, we are looking for someone to take ownership of our CRM, email, lead generation and other marketing campaigns to help us grow and nurture our existing marketing databases. This will include planning and delivering lead-generating activity to build our prospect customer list with small, medium and large organisations with multiple decision makers and influencers, as well as looking at ways of continuously engaging our current clients. 

The successful individual will report into the Head of Marketing and be responsible for maintaining the quality of our data and building marketing campaigns that engage target audiences. The position requires a strong focus on data management, email marketing, campaign management and lead generation, plus a passion for driving an inbound marketing strategy. 

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Design, agree and rollout campaigns to nurture and inform existing clients of new products, enhancements and company and industry updates, etc 
  • Building and enabling automated campaigns that encourage customer journey progression by defining relevant, engaging and content-led programs to generate quality leads and build awarenessconsideration and purchase for the Nourish Care brand 
  • Launch and optimise CRM journeys to improve customer retention 
  • Measure, optimise and report on all customer campaign journeys based on agreed KPIs and metrics 
  • Building and maintaining data lists within CRM, including purchasing of quality checked and GDPR compliant new data leads 
  • Continual profiling of contacts – sourcing and adding new contacts and removing legacy contacts as part of quality initiatives 
  • Manage and align all activity to GDPR requirements 
  • Planning and implementing effective test & learn strategies to gain more insight and continuously improve communications and their effectiveness 
  • Data Management, Analysis, Segmentation and Reporting 
  • Quality checks on company, contact and lead attributes – removing duplicates and linking inbound activities to efficiently allocate inbound leads to appropriate teams 
  • Assist with other marketing department activities as and when required  

Must Have: 

  • At least 4 years’ experience within a marketing role 
  • Relevant experience working within aemail marketing capacity is essential 
  • Good knowledge and use of CRM databases and ESP  
  • Good knowledge and awareness of GDPR is essential 
  • Experience of (or a good understanding of) B2B Marketing 
  • Ability to use, analyse and interpret data

Nourish Trainer – North West 

The Opportunity – Nourish Trainer – National – Based North West of England

Location – Remote worker with requirement to travel and overnight stays. Includes the needs for regular periods at the company head office in Bournemouth for training, meetings etc…

Main Duties –

  • To input to the development, maintenance and implementation of a training plan to ensure focussed and high-quality training for the Nourish system. This will tie in to and integrate with the wider organisational training plan.
  • To contribute to all training supporting documentation.
  • Helping to test system upgrades, remotely and on-site feedback any bugs or potential problems to the Product Manager.
  • Responsible for adherence to the organisations Information Security, Information. Governance and Information Management policies, procedures and standards.This is inclusive of GDPR compliance.
  • To liaise with the Training team and offer guidance and mentoring with the development of training materials and manuals as required.
  • To support all users of the Nourish system in the resolution of operational problems as they arise, to ensure that all sites use the systems fully and most effectively.
  • To record all issues on CRM and manage any updates to documentation in a staged manner.
  • To keep required records on each individual training session to provide feedback data.
  • Build effective working relationships with both internally within the organisation and external with our care providers.
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of regulatory standards and best practice requirements.
  • Participate in own professional and personal development activities and be aware of wider models outside of Nourish. E.G MUST, BMI, ABC etc…

  • To inform the Implementation Manager of any issues with company equipment where their intervention is required.
  • To communicate with the Product and Design team any bugs identified within Nourish.

Team Management –

  • Ensuring good communication with other members of the team and work together to reach a common goal as well as maintaining individual targets.
  • To use initiative where necessary and to initiate changes when appropriate.
  • To be jointly responsible along with other members of the training team to ensure all training is allocated and covered.
  • To attend events and represent Nourish as and when required.
