Marketing Executive

 What we’re looking for 

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to work as part of our Marketing team to help develop and implement all aspects of Nourish’s Marketing strategy. With a focus on using your exceptional copywriting skills to develop great content to drive awareness and consideration of the  Nourish brand, as well as looking at ways of continuously engaging with our current clients, you will have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.   

We’re looking for someone who also has good knowledge and experience of using Wordpress CMS, to take ownership of managing the day to day running of the Nourish Care website.  

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Building and managing a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts key audiences (including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, reports, webinars, infographics, newsletters, etc.) 
  • Planning and writing copy and generating content for multiple marketing channels (email, social, product updates, collateral, paid, blogs, website, customer case studies, newsletters, etc) 
  • Managing our social media accounts and creating content to maximise reach and engagement. 
  • Managing the Nourish Care website using Wordpress CMS, and liaising with our Creative Agency when necessary  
  • Using Canva and/or Photoshop to design adverts and other marketing/sales assets 
  • Planning and delivering quarterly webinars in alignment with overarching marketing campaigns and measuring results 
  • Planning, building and sending email campaigns  
  • Evaluating marketing campaigns to demonstrate effective ROI, recommend improvements and maximise effectiveness 
  • Proofing all marketing content 
  • Planning, executing and improving lead generation campaigns that align with overall sales objectives (e.g. quarterly webinars) and measuring results 

Must Have: 

  • At least 3 years’ experience within a marketing role 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to develop and write great copy/content which will be a main focus of the role 
  • Excellent understanding and practical knowledge of how to use Wordpress CMS to manage websites 
  • Some previous experience of using Canva and/or Photoshop to design adverts and other marketing/sales assets  
  • Experience/an understanding of B2B Marketing 
  • Good broad knowledge of digital channels, especially social media, as well as across the full marketing mix 
  • Strong hands-on experience executing email campaigns 
  • Ideally an understanding of SEO and Analytics, although not essential 
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously 
  • Excellent organisational skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines

Customer Support & 1st Line Software Support Executive

Nourish provides a market leading digital platform for the planning, recording and analysis of social care. We help providers empower their teams to realise the benefits of digital to improve the lives of those being cared for. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.

Please note, this role will be on a Rota basis, ranging from 6am to 11pm, and require an Out of Hours (evening and weekend) cover once a month with requirement to work both in the office and from home. Includes the needs for regular periods at the company head office in Bournemouth for training, meetings etc.

Main Duties Include –

  • To become an expert in our ground-breaking Nourish Care system and being confident to support our valued clients.
  • Ensuring great Customer Service at all times
  • Supporting to build effective client relations to achieve our business objectives. § Working and supporting other Team members.
  • To be upbeat and resilient – you will be a Nourish brand ambassador.
  • Attending and contributing to daily and weekly meetings.
  • Answering calls and messages from Care Provers within agreed SLA using Online Chat, Email and Telephone.
  • Passing on leads and feedback to other members of relevant teams.
  • To work within Rota’d shifts in line with current Service Level Agreement, this will include Weekends and Bank Holidays from 2021
  • Out of hours and Weekend Online Support on a rota basis.
  • Assisting the configuration of new clients, interactions, and warranty repairs § Assisting our Training and Installation Teams whilst solving any problems.
  • Working with our Development & Product Team to feedback issues and feature requests.
  • Evaluating new and existing software and hardware.
  • QA of new features, troubleshooting and identifying issues reported by clients through to successful conclusion.
  • Configuring devices and shipping to strict deadlines.
  • Completing and updating stock inventory.
  • To ensure that our Clients queries are dealt with in a prompt, polite and empathic fashion to provide ‘exceptional customer service’ at all times.
  • An ability to multi task and think on your feet.
  • To work as a Team alongside your Team and all departments.
  • To establish a strong rapport with our Clients and to be the ‘voice of Nourish in the Care setting.
  • Ability to use and complete our Customer Support Helpdesk tracking software.
  • Maintaining our CRM and other data platforms.
  • Attending and contributing to weekly meetings.
  • Passing on leads and comments to other members of the relevant team.
  • Processing and packaging orders and requesting Parcel Force collections.
  • Ensuring all devices are running on the correct software.
  • Visiting Clients when remote support is not possible but mainly based in the office.
  • Any other duty in the benefit of the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Customer Support experience is essential, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Previous work supporting customers via an online chat platform is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage and generate leads for business generation.

Product Marketing Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in delivering an ambitious roadmap that will realise the next generation of integrated digital health and social care services.

Reporting to the CPO and working hand-in-glove with our marketing and tech teams you will be responsible for creating product propositions and the successful release and communication of new products, features and services to the fast growing community of Nourish users.

Key responsibilities

  • Support strategy development to position new use cases and functionality to existing and new customers
  • Own product level messaging and differentiation to key markets
  • Maintain sales toolkit that facilitates the selling process and supports growth in key customer accounts
  • Briefing internal teams about new use cases or product functionality
  • Own the release log and plan, co-ordinate and participate in the launch of new products, services and features to the Nourish community
  • Co-ordinate business teams (support, training, account management and finance) to ensure alignment and readiness for new releases
  • Create high-impact content such as case studies, brochures, presentations, videos, website copy, blog posts and other technical assets
  • Measure and report on the the impact and success of new releases, and optimise communications and assets as necessary

Working in a small but ambitious team you are also likely to influence the release workflow and mid- term roadmap as well as input to new feature ideas.

About you

  • You will probably come from a product marketing, account management or product management background
  • You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably in a high growth digital context
  • You will have proven experience of working in modern product teams and agile development environments

Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX Professional to join our team on fixed term contract to support some of our key new product initiatives. We need someone that can deliver a product experience that not only looks and works great today (we have a class leading reputation for customer experience to uphold!), but also keep an eye on longer term product vision and business goals.

Reporting to the CPO and working as part of a multi-discipline product team you will help understand and translate business and customer requirements into relevant and meaningful experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will be working across some of our key new product initiatives as well as supporting continuous feature enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User research and analysis
  • Working with Product Managers to define outcomes and user stories
  • Map and document key user journeys
  • Creation of pro-types
  • Concept and user testing
  • Working with Product Owner to document engineering specification
  • Own the design system alongside UI Designer
  • Help manage and streamline design workflow

About you:

  • You will have comprehensive experience of designing web and mobile applications
  • You will be comfortable working within a modern outcome driven product team and agile development environment

Full Stack Developer

Our Development Culture

We deliver incrementally in sprints within an Agile (SCRUM) environment. Every team member is involved in our sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospective ceremonies. Our development process favours pair-programming, code reviews, automated testing and frequent collaboration. We prefer clean code to over-engineering.

We manage caches across a variety of end points and we work with third-party integrations. We also have opportunities to grow as well-rounded developers capable of requirements gathering, project management, and research.

We are fully equipped and organised to work remotely, but prefer to come to the office for more intense collaboration, exchange ideas and knowledge or just enjoy the time with other people.
