Marketing Manager

At Nourish we have a giant opportunity to make a real difference to how people experience health and social care.

We are looking for a marketing manager to help us seize this opportunity in line with our values and ambition.

As a company we are focused on improving the quality of life for people in care and reducing the pressure on NHS Hospitals, often at breaking point. We provide a digital solution to the health and social care sector that enhances the process of planning for care, recording support and observations, analysing and sharing information. The health and social care sectors are relatively new to digital transformation and thus opportunities for technology to have real impact are vast.

Our Marketing Team

Our marketing team delivers a range of ongoing projects and initiatives aiming at creating awareness for our brand, why we exist as a company and supporting prospects with decision making that leads them to adopting digital systems. And we do this while continuously aiming at delivering a positive impact on the public perception of social and health care. These are sectors we are deeply passionate to support and promote. So our case studies, press releases, workshops and webinars are as much about promoting Nourish as they are about celebrating untold stories of excellence supporting people living with frailty.

We also continuously engage our existing clients, and have our fingers on continuously monitoring and improving our brand voice across product marketing, training, customer support and overall customer experience.

What we are looking for

The role is for managing marketing across Nourish. This includes:

  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity; supporting client-facing departments to work within our brand values.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Planning, managing and leading execution for all marketing activities for the company.
  • Line manager for the marketing team, supporting development of colleagues and ensuring all objectives are kept to deadlines
  • Reporting on key KPIs for all marketing activities
  • Plan and manage the company’s events, with the support of the Events Executive. This includes attending events and representing Nourish and its products.
  • Liaising with and managing the work of external marketing agencies for inbound & outbound campaigns
  • Managing company website and social presence, including:
    • Planning, upkeep and creation of the content plan: to include website blogs and case studies.
  • To support the creation of all marketing and sales collateral
  • To plan, execute and improve lead generation campaigns (i.e. quarterly webinars), measuring results.
  • Supporting all external communication/public relations from the company
  • Creation of collateral to support our clients’ communication of their digital transformation
  • Supporting the release of monthly product releases, including internal and external communication
  • Analysing and managing strategic partner relationships for company marketing

We are looking for a person with experience in a similar role in B2B marketing, but above all we are looking for someone passionate for what we are delivering.

Power BI Specialist

Are you someone who loves data and are looking for a role where you can really make a difference?

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Power Bi Specialist to join our established development team in Bournemouth, for 1 day a week.

At Nourish, we are focused on improving the quality of life for people in care and reducing the pressure on NHS Hospitals that are at breaking point. We provide a digital solution to the healthcare sector that enhances the process of recording, analysing and sharing information. The Healthcare sector is relatively new to digital transformation and thus opportunities for technology to have real impact are vast.

We’re looking for an individual with passion and drive to create reports and dashboards of the data our user collected every day, to help change the way the care industry uses it’s data across many organisations. You will also work alongside us with our internal reporting.

Experience Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of Power BI
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of DAX
  • Knowledge of basic statistics
  • Experienced in communicating across stakeholders
  • Transforming reports into engaging visual representation
  • Strong Data Modelling and Data Analysis skills
  • Provide ETL solutions for receiving and posting data
  • Ambitious, determined and passionate about Data and BI

Full Stack Developer

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Full Stack Developer to join our established development team in Bournemouth.

Our Development Team

We deliver incrementally in sprints within an Agile environment. Every team member is involved – or runs – our sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospective ceremonies.

We all have the responsibility of looking after the AWS Infrastructure, or overseeing the infrastructure management dependent on your experience level.

We deal with challenges related to scalability (the system serves thousands of requests per minute), management of cache across a variety of end points and we work with third party integrations.

We have the opportunity to work with established and new technologies and have flexible working hours
